2. About EOC

EOC (Energy-Optimized Compute) is an open specification stack and reference implementation for an energy-honest AI substrate. The specification text is permissively licensed; conformance test vectors and evaluation corpora are published openly. Transaction Science is one steward of the specification and operates commercial services around it; it does not own the protocol. This website is a marketing site describing EOC and Transaction Science's services.
